滷味大拼盤

作法
1 被材料洗淨、切塊備妥。

2 取炒鍋將油、麥芽、糖通通下鍋,以文火慢熬製,再將滷汁其它材料放入,炒出糖色就能滷出漂亮的滷味。

3 將食材依序加入,加鍋蓋滷、一邊翻炒至食材熟透即可。(食材出水量多,再以大火略收湯汁)

4 成品:豆乾&鴨丸子。
